Mr. Owens was a member of the Insurance Capital Management (ICM) team that merged with Access Plans in January 2007. He joined ICM in January 2002. He has served as President of America's Health Care/Rx Plan Agency (AHCP) since January 2006      

Michael R. Puestow - President, Foresight TPA

Mr. Puestow joined the Company in August 2007.  He has been Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of ATLAS Health Systems in Boston    

J. Scott Treadway - Vice President of Operations

Mr. Treadway joined the Company in October 2007, with the acquisition of Protective Marketing Enterprises (PME). He was Vice President of Operations     

William A. Freshwater - Regulatory Counsel and Vice President of Sales

William A. Freshwater joined the company in April 2008 as Regulatory Counsel and Vice President of Sales.  He was previously General Counsel/Executive Vice President at Group Dental Service of Maryland, Inc., in Rockville, MD.         

Nancy L. Zalud - Vice President of Communications

Ms. Zalud was a member of the Insurance Capital Management (ICM) team that merged with Access Plans in January 2007. She joined ICM in February 2005. Ms. Zalud has more than 20 years of corporate communications and insurance industry      

J. French Hill, Chairman - Mr. Hill was elected Chairman on August 20, 2007 following the death of Peter W. Nauert. Mr. Hill joined the board of directors in January 2003. In 1999, Mr. Hill founded Delta Trust & Banking Corp., a privately held banking, trust and investment brokerage company headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, following a six year career with Arkansas' largest publicly      

Andrew A. Boemi became one of our directors in January 2007. He has been a Managing Director of Turnaround Capital Partners LP, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on investments in the lower middle market, since 2001. He was a Director of Insurance Capital      

Russell Cleveland became one of our directors in September 2005. He is the Founder, President, and CEO of Renn Capital Group, Inc., a privately held investment management company. He has held these positions since 1972. Mr. Cleveland has 40 years experience in the investment      

Kenneth S. George became one of our directors in June 2003. Mr. George served two terms as a State Representative in the Texas House of Representatives. Mr. George has been self-employed, managing his own investment activities since 2001. From 1996 until 2001,
