Eliseo (Lee) Ruiz - General Counsel

Mr. Ruiz has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since December 2003. Prior to joining the Company, he was Vice President and General Counsel of CyberBills, Inc., where he served as a key member of the management team that helped build the Silicon Valley company into a leading provider of online bill management services. Before joining CyberBills, Mr. Ruiz was an Associate General Counsel at Concentra, Inc., a leading provider of managed care and corporate health services. Mr. Ruiz graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with his B.A., and acquired his Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law.
