Andrew A. Boemi became one of our directors in January 2007. He has been a Managing Director of Turnaround Capital Partners LP, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on investments in the lower middle market, since 2001. He was a Director of Insurance Capital Management USA Inc. and serves on the Advisory Board of Gateway Systems, a privately-held International Treasury and Cash Management software development firm. Mr. Boemi has served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Ceres Group,  Inc., a previously Nasdaq listed insurance holding company and on the Board of Directors of Pet Ag, a privately held international manufacturer of milk replacers for pets. Mr. Boemi is a member of Turnaround Management Association.
